As per advice from the Department of Health, Autumn Lodge is allowing visitors.
Per the advice, each resident is permitted 2 visitors over the age of 12 per day, plus two children aged under 12 years per day. Visitors must have had both of their COVID-19 vaccinations and provide proof.
Visiting hours are between 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm. All visits are to take place in the residents room, not in communal areas.
Please RAT test and follow the instructions available on-site. You must not enter if you produce a positive test result. You must have your temperature checked on arrival as well. Prior to entry and at all times when inside the home, you must wear a face mask supplied by Autumn Lodge.
Visitors who are a household or close contact must not enter a RACF for at least 7 days after the last person in their house had a positive COVID-19 test.
If you have recently returned from overseas you are not permitted to enter until 7 days have passed since your return.
